SHIPPING

We ship to virtually any address in the world. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimate may appear on the shipping quotes page. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for our items are weight based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies off the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. 

 

RETURN/ EXCHANGE

You have 30 days from the ship date, to decide if an item is right for you. Trend Director will refund or exchange an item, provided that it has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached.

RETURN BY MAIL

  • The easiest way to return/exchange by mail is via USPS. 
  • Your order includes an order invoice, please include this invoice when returning the item and state your reason for the return. 
  • We provide our customers with an easy solution to returns/exchanges, you can generate and print out a return shipping label for your order online. 
  • Place the return label onto the package and ensure that you securely pack your merchandise and invoice in a box or envelope of your choice (you may also use the original package if possible).

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.  

For returns from international and APO/FPO addresses, please allow 4-6 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited and 2-3 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. 

If you made your purchase using a gift card or e-gift card, refunds will be issued to the original card that was used. 

 

**Please note that the return shipping fee is non-refundable; unless the item you received was damaged, defective or incorrect. Please see below. 

 

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEM(S)

Should you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please return the merchandise to our online returns address above within 30 days from the ship date. We will provide you with a refund for the return shipping costs. 

To ensure proper processing please state on the invoice the appropriate reason for the return, specifying the damage, defect or whether it is the wrong item. Upon receipt of your return, our online returns department will inspect your merchandise and process the refund accordingly.

If you would like a replacement for the item, please write “Exchange” on the invoice along with the reason why. We will gladly send out a replacement of the original item purchased at no cost, as long as the merchandise is available. If the merchandise is not available, you will receive a refund to the original form of payment used to make your online purchase. 

We recommend using our chosen carrier service that provides tracking information to ensure that packages are not lost/misplaced.
